Walking hand in hand with our client, we utilized each square metre, whilst keeping his daily requirements top of mind. To avoid congestion, the furniture was highly customized whilst the little touches such as indoor planters, wall art and shelving, are tied to the client’s personal tastes.
The clever features which not only added style to the place yet also concealed storage areas and electrical functionalities.
Working within a limited area, the client wanted to infuse a breath of fresh air into a notarial workspace. Moving away from the typical legal office layout and dark furniture, the challenge was to include a waiting room, offices, and meeting rooms within 40sqm.
This was achieved through clever organization of the space provided, aesthetically pleasing partitions as well as the concealment of storage and functional elements.
Despite the limited space, the premises enjoyed a beautiful sea view. Utilizing this, we spent time on creating a logical layout which could evoke a sense of calm and ease for those who visited and carried out meetings there.
Through skillful tailoring, we created three distinct rooms, which effortlessly flow into one another. A quaint, compact yet fresh and youthful layout which made wise use of space.
